There’s nothing more rejuvenating than a good night’s sleep. Before you snooze, write a list of the things that are nagging you — and save it for the next day. Move your alarm clock so you can’t see the minutes pass by. To minimize tossing and turning, go to bed and get up at approximately the same time every day. When you’re rested, you think more clearly, work more efficiently and perform your best.

I've been doing this for years now, and it really feels amazing when you know you've had a great night sleep with nothing bothering you.
i know how valuable a good solid sleep can be, but sometimes i just can't manage it. i sleep like a rock...or toss and turn and wake up multiple times. i just can't seem to turn off my brain! HELP>
