Protein- and fiber-rich meals will help you stay energized all day. For breakfast, try hard-boiled eggs with fruit, or peanut butter with banana slices on whole-grain bread. A chicken-topped salad with light dressing fits the bill for lunch. For dinner, add avocado and tomato slices to grilled salmon.
For me, staying hydrated is the key to feeling energetic. I try to drink eight full glasses of water a day.

I honestly feel better when I take a multi-vitamin along with an extra B12 every day. I also eat a 1-2 egg frittata most days. I include egg, meat (bacon, ham,or sausage, all lean), a vegetable and cheese. Along with lots of fluids, I feel energized all day.

I eat peanuts or almonds around 4pm so I don't crash towards the end of the work day, and I'm not overly hungry when I get home.

I take B Complex vitamins and drink plenty of water. I also find the peanut butter, banana and whole grain breakfast gives me energy and keeps me full all morning.

Getting enough sleep the night before is so important! Quality sleep. If you're a television addict like I am, set the sleep timer to turn off in one hour. That way, you're falling asleep to tv, but it's not disrupting your sleep patterns.
Rest well everyone!

Drink lots of water. If you are dehydrated you will feel sluggish.

do an exercise routine in the morning--it sets the tone for the day and then it is also out of the way.
