Dealing With Cravings: Find a Healthy Alternative

Determine which kind of food you are craving, and then think of healthier options. Having a craving for sweets? Try yogurt or fruit for a snack alternative. Need something crunchy? Chomp on a serving of fat-free popcorn or pretzels. Drooling for chocolate? Make some fat-free hot cocoa with water, or grab a Slim·Fast snack bar.
