These are some good tips. I definitely agree with the first tip. Every time I'm feeling down, I put on some music and get going! After a song or 2, I'm fully energized and blowing through my list of things to do.

I like to squeeze fresh lemon juice, mix it with a little water and throw in an ice cube tray to freeze. Then I add the "super-lemon ice cubes" to a glass of water (or iced tea) for a refreshing burst. You can also stick a popsicle stick in and make your own frozen fruit bars... SO REFRESHING on a hot day!
