Feeding Frenzy
Anna Marie of The Unilever Consumer Kitchens offers advice to parents of finicky eaters.

I can't believe that summer is winding down; it went by so quickly! It’s already time to switch gears and think about making school lunches, which can be a hassle if your children are picky eaters. Here are three options that can help ease your mealtime frustrations.
Swap breakfast and lunch! For instance, if your kids love grilled cheese, but you know it doesn't travel well. Make them grilled cheese in the morning. Then you can send them to school with a bagel topped with cream cheese — which does travel well — for lunch. This way, everyone’s happy!
Since PB&J is such a lunch-box staple, try serving it in different ways, such as the following recipes: Peanut Butter & Banana Pinwheels, Peanut Butter & Fruit Rolls and Peanut Butter Banana Boats.
You can also include a PB&J alternate such as the Deli-style Sub Special, which is great for middle- and high-school-age kids.
