Steady Your Mixing Bowl

Does your mixing bowl do the shimmy shake down the counter from overzealous mixing? A damp kitchen towel placed underneath offers added stability. Use it, too, to loosely cover the bowl to prevent moisture loss while you attend to other cooking tasks.
