- Consider purchasing a purifier or home watercooler.
- Avoid supersize portions of high calorie drinks.
- Stock a variety of healthy drinks (water, tea, skim milk, etc.) in the refrigerator.

Now that it's summer I make a fresh jug of iced tea every morning and by evening it's empty. I keep plenty of lemons in the refrig and even fresh mint growing in a pot.
