Fresh Frisee

To clean frisee, wash leaves under cold running water and discard any bruised ones. Dry with a towel or salad spinner and then place the clean greens on a damp cloth towel or between damp paper towels. Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator crisper. Use within a week.
