Essential Cooking Tools

You’ve heard the phrase “the right tool for the right job?” There are good reasons why certain tools are standard in a chef’s kitchen. Here are a few you soon won’t want to be cooking without.
  • A good pepper mill. Freshly ground pepper takes no more time than shaken pepper — and it delivers much more flavor.
