Easy Disposal of Frying Oil

Frying chicken for a picnic? When you’re done, turn off the heat and let the oil cool for 15 minutes. Then pour leftover breading ingredients (flour, egg, etc.) into the pan to soak up the oil and discard it with your regular garbage.
