Decorate Your Desserts

Design your treats this season with a few tasteful tricks. Place mini-cookie cutters on top of larger cookies, then fill or trace the shape with frosting. Put a paper doily on top of a cake, sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar and then carefully remove. Dip half a biscotti in melted chocolate, or drizzle the chocolate in a criss-cross pattern over one side.

Buy pound cake, fresh strawberries and whipped cream or better yet, buy Angel Food Cake, fresh strawberries and fat free cool whip. Slice cake and top with sliced strawberries and fat free cool whip!

When baking a pie from the freezer case, always remove it from the aluminum pan straigt into your glass pie plate and it will always look homemade

Heat store bought bread in the oven for just a few minutes before serving. It will taste like it was just baked!
