Grilled Chicken with Peaches
Serves: 4 • Prep time: 10 min • Marinate time: 30 minutes • Cook time: 16 min
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Promise® Spread-stick, melted
- 2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
- 4 medium peaches, halved
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken and peaches.
In large resealable plastic bag, pour 1/2 of the marinade over chicken; turn to coat. In another large resealable plastic bag, pour remaining marinade over peaches; turn to coat. Close bags and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Remove chicken and peaches from marinades, discarding marinades. Grill or broil chicken and peaches, turning once, 8 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and peaches are tender. Serve chicken with peaches.
