Chicken Satay Wraps
Serves: 4 • Prep time: 10 min
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup Wish-Bone® Light Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 2 Tbsp. Skippy® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 4 (10-in.) burrito size whole wheat tortillas
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded cucumber
- 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
- Combine 2 tablespoons Wish-Bone® Light Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing and Skippy® Creamy Peanut Butter in small bowl; set aside.
- Combine chicken and remaining Dressing in bowl. Evenly spread Peanut Butter mixture on tortilla, layer lettuce, cucumbers, then chicken mixture on tortillas. Roll up. Wrap tightly in alumium foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

I really loved the tangy sesame ginger dressing on this one ... I didnt use the peanut butter because of allergies in the family and it was still great!
great for on the go lunches, so ditch the boring every day sandwich.
I love these, i could eat them everyday!
