Cinnamon Bananas Foster

Serves: 4 • Prep time: 5 min • Cook time: 8 min

  • 1/2 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 4 bananas, peeled and halved crosswise, then lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • Breyers® All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Bring Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread, brown sugar and cinnamon to a boil in 12-inch nonstick skillet. Add bananas and cook, turning once, 2 minutes or until bananas begin to soften. Carefully add rum to center of skillet and cook, carefully stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Serve over Ice Cream.

    Normally i'm not a huge fan of ice cream but the kids asked me to make dessert one night and i found this... Changed my mind about ice cream it was so good
