Garlic & Sage Roasted Potatoes

Serves: 4 • Prep time: 10 min • Cook time: 40 min

  • 1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Mediterranean Blend spread
  • 2 lbs. small red potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh sage or 1 tsp. dried sage leaves, crushed
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and halved

Preheat oven to 425°.

Melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Mediterranean Blend spread in shallow roasting pan in oven about 2 minutes. Stir in potatoes, sage and garlic. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper.

Roast, stirring twice, 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden and crisp.

    I love the potatoes but I like to use garlic salt rather than cloves it`s just easier and people don`t need to add salt later.

    fresh pepper makes all the difference, go light on the salt to fully enjoy this
