California Wrap'n

Serves: 4 • Prep time: 15 min

  • 3 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 4 (6-in.) fajita size whole wheat flour tortillas
  • 12 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced 
  • 1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  1. Spread It: Spread Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise on tortillas.
  2. Stuff It: Layer chicken, avocado, red pepper, red onion and salad greens down center of each tortilla.
  3. Wrap It: Roll and fold the filled tortilla.

    A great treat to brighten up the winter months, it`s light tropical and cheery meal. Just what you need with all those fattening Holiday Treats just around the corner, here is something that tastes great and won`t hurt your figure.

    Not a huge fan of avocados myself but all in all it was a very good lunch
