Asian Beef Salad
Serves: 4 • Prep time: 20 min
- 6 cups baby spinach leaves (about 6 oz.)
- 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- 2 medium carrots, julienned (1/8- x 1/8- x 3-inch strips)
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1- lb. boneless flank or skirt steak, grilled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cashews
- 1/2 cup Wish-BoneĀ® Light Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing
- Arrange spinach on serving platter, then top with cucumber, carrots, sprouts and steak. Just before serving, sprinkle with cashews, then drizzle with Wish-BoneĀ® Light Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing.
