Broccoli Curry Salad
Serves: 12 • Prep time: 15 min
- 2 packages (10 oz. ea.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained and roughly chopped or 4 cups fresh broccoli florets, cooked and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except almonds. Chill until ready to serve. To serve, stir in almonds and season, if desired, with salt.
Also terrific with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise.
