Spicy Chicken Apple Salad

Serves: 6 • Prep time: 15 min

  • 3 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno pepper jelly or mango chutney
  • 8 cups mixed salad greens or baby spinach leaves
  • 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken (about 12 oz.)
  • 1 medium red or golden delicious apple, thinly sliced
  1. In small bowl, combine Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise with jelly; set aside.
  2. To serve, arrange salad greens on serving platter, then top with chicken, apple and mayonnaise mixture.

Also terrific with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise.
