Broiled Halibut with Warm Lemon Shallot Sauce

Serves: 4 • Prep time: 5 min • Cook time: 12 min

  • 3/4 cup fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped shallots
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Promise® Buttery Spread
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 4 pieces (4 oz. ea.) halibut fillets, grilled or broiled

Bring broth, shallots and lemon juice to a boil in 1-quart saucepan over high heat. Continue boiling 10 minutes or until liquid is almost evaporated. Remove from heat. Stir in Promise® Buttery Spread, parsley and lemon peel with wire whisk. Serve over halibut.
