Baked Chicken Fingers

Serves: 4 • Prep time: 10 min • Cook time: 30 min

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips 
  • 4 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Calcium plus Vitamin D or Omega Plus, melted
  • 2/3 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly grease baking sheet; set aside.

Dip chicken in melted Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Calcium plus Vitamin D, then bread crumbs. Arrange chicken on prepared sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

    I love that these are baked and I have control over what goes in them you can never be to careful with all the processed meat that goes into things
