Spicy Oven Fries

Serves: 4 • Prep time: 10 min • Cook time: 50 min

  • 2 lbs. all-purpose potatoes OR sweet potatoes or yams, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cupShedd's Spread Country Crock® Calcium plus Vitamin D, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 450°. Lightly grease baking sheet; set aside.

Toss all ingredients in large bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Arrange potatoes in single layer on prepared sheet. Bake, turning once, 50 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and crisp.

    I usually don't like anything too spicy but this is an exception for me. These are just that good
