Turkey Couscous

Serves: 4 • Prep time: 10 min • Cook time: 12 min

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package KnorrĀ® Spring Vegetable recipe mix
  • 1 cup couscous (about 6 oz.)
  • 2 cups finely diced cooked turkey or chicken
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

Bring water and KnorrĀ® Spring Vegetable recipe mix to a boil in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 10 minutes.

Fluff couscous with a fork; stir in remaining ingredients. Garnish, if desired, with pine nuts and sliced green olives.

    Today is the first time i'll try couscous my friend told me its really good so i will try it.
