Swiss Burgers
Serves: 6 • Prep time: 5 min • Cook time: 8 min
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can (8 oz.) sauerkraut, heated and drained
- 1/3 cup Wish-Bone® Thousand Island Dressing
- Shape ground beef into 6 patties. Grill or broil until desired doneness. Top evenly with cheese, sauerkraut and Wish-Bone® Thousand Island Dressing. Serve, if desired, with rye or pita bread.
Also terrific with Wish-Bone ® Light Thousand Island Dressing.


This is very similar to my Rubin burger recipe except 1)use 1 lb. ground beef& l/2 lb. ground corned beef 2)use 2 slices Swiss cheese and 3)place on a rye or whole wheat bun.
Can't stand the taste of Sauerkraut sorry. The rest sounds good
