this is such a great family dinner to make during the week and it was just what I needed to change up the meatloaf and put and end to complaints of dinner being boring.

We were a bit disappointed with this meatloaf compared to my normal recipe. I thought we would like it - we love Italian food, but it wasn't as great as I thought it would be based on the other reviews. To us it just sort of tasted like a big meatball with an odd texture. We won't be making this again.
