Peanut Butter & Fruit Rolls

  • 1 slice whole wheat bread, crust removed
  • 1 Tbsp. Skippy® Natural Creamy or Super Chunk Peanut Butter Spread
  • 1-1/2 tsp. Welch's® Reduced Sugar Strawberry Spread or Concord Grape Jelly
  • 2 tsp. crushed peanuts
  1. Completely flatten bread with rolling pin or glass. Evenly spread Skippy® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread and 1 teaspoon Welch's® Reduced Sugar Strawberry Spread on flattened bread, then roll up. Spread remaining 1/2 teaspoon Strawberry Spread over the outside of the roll, then dip in peanuts. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
