Asian Grilled Steak

Serves: 4 • Prep time: 5 min • Marinate time: 3 hours • Cook time: 15 min

  • 3/4 cup Wish-BoneĀ® Italian Dressing
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
  • 1 to 1-1/2- lb. flank, top round or sirloin steak
  1. Combine all ingredients except steak in small bowl.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup marinade over steak in large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
  3. Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil steak, turning once and brushing frequently with reserved marinade, until steak is desired doneness.

Also terrific with Wish-BoneĀ® Robusto Italian, Light Italian or Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing.

    Hard to mess up a steak this is great we use this recipe a lot when making steak now.

    marinate time on the recipe needs to be longer I like to leave it all day or over night

    this wasn't bad but it wasn't the best either, i'm not sure if it was the ginger but there was just something that was off

    this sounds very interesting I think I'll take the advice of a previous user and try marinating longer!
