Cobb Salad
Makes: 8 servings • Prep time: 20 min
- 2 avocados, diced
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 6 cups torn romaine and/or iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 bunch watercress, torn
- 3 cups cut-up or shredded cooked chicken
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
- 1 cup crumbled Roquefort or blue cheese (about 4 oz.)
- 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing
- Combine avocados with lime juice in medium bowl; set aside.
- Arrange lettuce and watercress on large serving platter. Top with chicken, tomato, bacon, onions, egg, cheese and avocado; arranging in rows. Just before serving, drizzle with Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing.
TIP: Marinate, then grill chicken in additional Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing for even more flavor!
