Peach Melba Desserts

Serves: 4 • Prep time: 10 min

  • 1 container (1/2 pt.) raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice or to taste
  • 1 can (15 oz.) sliced peaches in light syrup, drained
  • 4 scoops Breyers® All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream (about 2 cups)

Process raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in food processor or blender until smooth; set aside.

Evenly spoon peaches into 4 dessert dishes. Top with Breyers® All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream, then drizzle with raspberry sauce.

Also delicious with Breyers Smooth & Dreamy Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream!

    way better than a banana split you can't go wrong with peaches and icecream this is amazing!

    Im not a huge peach fan but I'm thinking you could make it with lots of other fruits!
