1-2-3 Cheddar Broccoli Casserole Serve this casserole over hot baked potatoes for a delicious, light meatless meal.

Serves: 6 • Prep time: 5 min • Cook time: 20 min

  • 1 jar (1 lb.) Ragu® Cheesy Double Cheddar Sauce
  • 2 boxes (10 oz. ea.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
  • 1/4 cup plain or Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Combine Double Cheddar Sauce with broccoli in 1-1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Evenly top with bread crumbs combined with Spread.
  3. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until bread crumbs are golden and broccoli is tender.

TIP: Substitute your favorite frozen vegetable for broccoli florets.

    I really like this but I have a hard time getting the vegetables as crisp as I want them I think if I play around with the cooking time and heat I'll get it right.

    Doesn't look good to me but ill try it, hopefully the kids will finally eat broccoli with this recipe

    I used to use Cheese Whiz on brocolli until i tried this, this is soo much better. I love it and so does the hubby!
