Sandwich on a Stick
Serves: 4 • Prep time: 15 min
- 2 slices whole grain sandwich bread, toasted and cubed
- 4 ounces cubed cooked turkey
- 4 ounces cubed low fat cheddar cheese
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 4 slices cucumber, halved
- 2 romaine lettuce leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup Wish-BoneĀ® Ranch Dressing
- Alternately thread all ingredients except Wish-Bone Ranch Dressing on 8 skewers. Serve with Dressing.

OMG, this sandwich on a stick is NOT a good idea for a child's school lunch. The poor kid will be in so much trouble if he/she gets caught with a skewer at school! Now-a-days, everything is a weapon.
I agree this would be a great after school snack
