How Much Water Should You
Drink?

We already know that drinking water is vital for hydrating skin and keeping it luminous. But is eight glasses a day really the magic number? Try this: Divide your weight by two to get how many ounces you should have daily. (A typical glass of water has eight ounces.) And don’t forget to drink another glass for every half hour of exercise.

    This tip is also great for weight management. If you drink your recommended glasses of water a day you will start to lose weight. Especially if water is all you stick to drinking. It's even ok to add those water flavor packs.

    I did the math and I need 8 eight oz glasses of water a day. =P Crazy.
