Good tweezers are a must for maintaining a polished arch to your brows. Slanted tips make it easier to grab hairs at the root — just tweeze in the direction the hair is growing. To get your best arch, pluck stray hairs while following the brow’s natural shape.
This is a good tip, but very vague. Here is a more specific tip for tweezing: To create a natural looking, groomed brow, use your eyes and nose to establish key starting, ending and arch points. First, to locate the starting point, hold a make-up brush (anything straight that is long enough to reach)up so you create a straight line from the outside edge of your nose up to the inside corner of your eye. Where the brush hits your eyebrow is approximately where they should start (not any wider, you will look strange - like you have a wider face than you actually do). Next, to see where the arch should be, hold the brush from the outside edge of your nose again, and angle it THROUGH your iris. Where the brush crosses your brow is where the arch should be. Lastly, start again at the same place at your nose and angle the brush till it crossed the outside corner of your eye. Where the brush crosses your brow is where your brow should end. Using this method gives you proportionate brows for YOUR face... Just remember not to take off too much! As a general rule, for more natural eyebrows, do not touch ABOVE the brow, only pluck from below. I would finish with a clear mascara to hold brows in place too. Sometimes you don't even have to pluck, but rather arrange what you have with the clear mascara to look more cleaned-up. Happy eyebrow plucking!
from the one with the bushy eyebrows -- I agree
