INGREDIENTS
- 1 envelope Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes or can (8 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained and chopped
- 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cup thinly sliced zucchini or yellow squash
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1 oz.)
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except cheese in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. To serve, spoon into bowls; sprinkle with mozzarella and, if desired, grated Parmesan cheese.
