INGREDIENTS
- 8 cups water
- 2- to 2-1/2-lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 2 envelopes Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 large stalk celery, sliced
- 1 small carrot, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
- 6 cilantro leaves
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
Bring water and chicken to a boil in large saucepan or stockpot. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
