INGREDIENTS

  • 8 cups water
  • 2- to 2-1/2-lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 2 envelopes Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 large stalk celery, sliced
  • 1 small carrot, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
  • 6 cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

Bring water and chicken to a boil in large saucepan or stockpot. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
