Brown the beef the night before, then refrigerate for simple morning assembly.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned
  • 1 can (16 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 jar (lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Beefy Onion Soup Mix
  • 4 tsp. chili powder

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook covered on LOW 8 hours or HIGH 4 hours. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice.

VARIATIONS: SECOND ALARM CHILI - Increase chili powder to 2 tablespoons.

THIRD ALARM CHILI - Add chili powder at your own risk!
