Classic Slow Cooker Stew

SERVES: 4   PREP TIME: 10 minutes   COOK TIME: 4 hours


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Mushroom Soup Mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 lb. boneless beef chuck steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) new potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups frozen green peas and carrots, thawed

DIRECTIONS

Combine Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Mushroom Soup Mix, water and tomato paste in a slow cooker. Add beef; toss to coat. Arrange potatoes and vegetables on beef. Cook covered on LOW 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 6 hours or until beef is tender.
